Shipping & Returns

 

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 days business days.

We ship via USPS and UPS.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for packages after they are shipped. Once it leaves our hands, the arrival of your package is the responsibility of the carrier. Should you have any issue with your delivery, i.e lost or late package, packages shown as delivered when they weren’t, etc, please contact USPS or UPS and provide them with your tracking number for help. We are unable to locate packages for you- only the carrier has this ability.

If an item breaks in transit, please email us right away and we’re happy to send a replacement. Including a photo of the damages item is helpful.

Please double check your order confirmation email and be sure that there are no errors in your shipping address. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
